Be prepared the truth of what you are eating is harsh but real.
I learned a lot about the food industry enlightening.
I thought this book would be more focused on what to eat.
The most vulgar nutrition book I have read, promoting veganism and eating fake manufactured foods.
I think this book really opened my eyes and told me the truth.
